JOHN Lennon’s son Sean admits he’s scared of fame

JOHN Lennon’s son Sean admits he’s scared of fame.
“I have a fear of fame, as my therapist would tell you,” said the 35-year-old.
“But I’m a musician, first and foremost.”
Sean says people are sometimes baffled by his resemblance to the late Beatle, who was murdered when Sean was only five.
“I look like my dad,” he says. “I remember someone saying I was trying to look like my dad because I was wearing glasses. Can you believe that? I’m blind without them. People look at me and they see my dad. They think I’m trying to be famous or something, which is completely misguided.
“Ultimately people seem to think that being John Lennon’s son is a huge weight around my neck but they don’t consider for a second how inspiring that might be and how proud I am to have this name.”
Meanwhile, the gold-braided military band jacket John wore in an iconic 1966 Life magazine photo shoot sold at auction for $240,000.
Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills estimated the jacket was worth $150,000 to $200,000, according to the New York Post.
